Kingston Concierge

Focussing on the Marketing Campaign to boost visibility and study the feasability to expand with IMC Plans.

Kingston Concierge, a high-end service provider, sought to simplify the lives of busy professionals and affluent families in Kingston, Ontario. The company offered a wide range of concierge services but struggled with brand perception and scalability as it aimed to expand beyond its local market. This project focused on refining their branding, streamlining operations, and enhancing their market presence.

The challenges were multifaceted. The company’s name, Kingston Concierge, limited its appeal in new markets, while high operational costs made maintaining premium service levels difficult during expansion. Additionally, the complex membership pricing model created confusion among potential clients, hindering customer acquisition.

The project adopted a strategic approach to address these issues. Branding solutions were proposed to make the company more regionally inclusive, ensuring its appeal to a broader audience. Digital tools were implemented to standardize operations and reduce costs, while a simplified pricing structure was introduced to make memberships more attractive. Marketing efforts focused on targeted online advertising and forming partnerships with businesses in new markets like Ottawa.

The impact was significant.
